At Triarom Computers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our desktop PCs, covering any defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use and service. If your PC is faulty or not working as expected, you can return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your PC to request a return authorization. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 015394 44639. Please provide your order number, product model, and a brief description of the problem.
• You must return your PC to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorization, along with the original packaging, accessories, and invoice. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during transit. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to return your PC.
• You must not modify, tamper, or attempt to repair your PC yourself or by a third party, as this will void your warranty and your right to return. You must also not install any software or hardware that is not compatible with your PC or that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• We will inspect your PC upon receiving it and determine whether it is eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund. We will notify you of our decision and the next steps within 14 days of receiving your PC. If your PC is eligible for a repair, we will fix it and send it back to you within 30 days. If your PC is eligible for a replacement, we will send you a new or refurbished PC of the same or equivalent model within 30 days. If your PC is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days and credit it to your original payment method.
• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our terms and conditions, or that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable. We also reserve the right to charge you for any costs or damages that we incur as a result of your return, such as shipping fees, restocking fees, or repair fees.
